With three years of UI/UX and Product Design experience I have delivered scalable design solutions for clients including the ACLU, Columbia University, the United Nations and more*.
After many years in the hospitality industry, it was time to trade in my bartender's apron for a MacBook Pro. To grow my skillset, I completed a three month UX Immersive program at General Assembly where I obtained my UX certification. Shortly after I landed my first design role at Momentum Design Lab in NYC. Working alongside the head of UX and a team of product designers I knew my career change was well worth it.
After Momentum I joined the startup Quadrant 2, Apps for Good in November 2019 as a Product Designer. At Q2, our small but mighty team includes a project lead, engineer, developers, our founder and my awesome interns. We create digital solutions to promote and aid causes for social good.
My ability to solve problems stems from my experience working within an array of collaborative environments. My empathy for the user and client comes from my years of customer service.
With a BFA in Photography, I have passion for visual arts, giving me the ability to create consistent and compelling design.
I also love music and guitar, and on weekends you can find me jamming with my band, planning our next show when possible. I also don't hate emojis ✌️
